Watering Can

I really like simple vignette-type studies like this old watering can. It's a perfect subject for watercolor. I used my favorite Paynes Grey Bluish, Hookers Green, Sap Green, and Burnt Sienna.

What a charming little painting! Like you, I also like the simplest studies. I love the way you have captured the rust on the watering can - It's really very effective :0)

lovely...I really enjoy looking at your watercolors & receiving the "Daily Watercolor" emails. Like you, I love to do small, cropped watercolors.
